McKinley Nolan

My passion for pharmacy comes from loving to see the difference I am making in a community, and being able to support the people around me. My heart lies in regional community pharmacy, where I feel I can have a greater impact. I was an assistant instructor in Taekwon do prior to starting uni, and this experience teaching people of all different ages and backgrounds has prepared me well to work with my patients. I can't wait to see what the future of pharmacy looks like.

As the Executive Director for Internal & External Affairs, my role consists of facilitating communication between the 19 pharmacy schools across the country and their respective pharmacy student associations. Representing NAPSA is an incredible opportunity to advocate for and represent pharmacy students nationwide. I am currently studying at James Cook University in Cairns and am in my fourth year of an embedded honours program. I am particularly passionate about rural health and giving back to those in need. In my spare time, I enjoy baking, painting, reading, and spending time exploring nature.

Hello! My name is Aaliah and I am in my 2nd year of a Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours). I love getting involved, I peer mentor 1st years and volunteer at UQ. I am also on Brisbane NAPSA Congress and QPSA committees. Outside of pharmacy I am an avid cellist and like to read and rock-climb. I recently attended the Asia Pacific Pharmaceutical Symposium within the Asia Pacific Regional Office in Chiang Mai, Thailand where I was able to represent NAPSA at the Regional Assembly. I hope to continue representing Australian students on a national and international level.

Hello! My name is Mia, and I’m currently in my second year of pharmacy at Monash University in Melbourne. I chose to study pharmacy as I have a passion for healthcare and wanted a career that would allow for a healthy work-life balance. In addition to working part-time in community pharmacy, I work in admin for a professional pharmacy organisation and also umpire netball casually. I have loved being involved with NAPSA throughout my time as a student, and the friends and connections I have made are something I will be forever grateful for. I can’t recommend putting yourself out there & getting involved enough!

As the Publications Chair for NAPSA, I am in charge of all of the social media accounts as well as publishing the ePlacebo and looking after this website! I am currently a 4th year student at the University of Tasmania and I will be an intern in 2025. Some of my best uni experiences have come from being on committees and getting involved behind the scenes. I have a real passion for pharmacy and being first line access to healthcare in the community. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, getting outdoors and spending time with my family. I am really looking forward to representing NAPSA and what this incredible opportunity has to offer.
